Meet the Co-Founders

Frank May and Jeremy Hill have been involved in multiple business ventures together. Today they head up the daily operations for HMH Business Solutions, Inc., an international franchise brokerage firm that has been directly responsible for 92 various franchise units sold in the last two years. At this time, HMH Business Solutions, Inc. has projects in the works in Dubai, Qatar, Mexico and Russia.

In addition to HMH Business Solutions, Inc. they also own and operate Texas Divorce Services, LLC (TDS). TDS provides a necessary niche for people who wish to represent themselves in divorce court. Through a special relationship with local attorneys TDS has helped over 25,000 people in the last 29 years successfully represent themselves in divorce court. TDS is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
